GoogleEarthtodisplayaircraftpositionsovertheGoogleEarthbasemap.Itcan
evengiveyouadynamicreal-timeviewfromtheflightdeckofanaircraftthatyou
designate.
Directionfinding
PlanePlottercandetermineanddisplaythedirectionofanytransmissionusinga
simplepassiveantennaswitch.Thisallowsaircrafttobelocatedeveniftheyare
notequippedwithACARSorMode-S/ADS-B.
Inputsignals
PlanePlottercandecodeACARSmessages,displaythemessagecontentandplotany
positionsonachart.
PlanePlottercanalsoprocessanddisplayADS-Bpositionreportscapturedbythe
KineticSBS1mode-Sreceiver.
PlanePlottercanalsoworkinconjunctionwithCharlesBrain'sPC-HFDLsoftware
(http://www.chbrain.dircon.co.uk/pchfdl.html)byautomaticallyextractingposition
reportsfromthelogfileandplottingtheminrealtimeonthesamechartdisplay.
